Do my images expire?
No. A pack is a one-time purchase — the images are yours to commission whenever you're ready. No clock, no renewal.
Can I buy more later?
Any time. Buy another pack when you need more volume. The bigger the pack, the lower the effective per-shot rate.
What can I shoot with a pack?
Your pack is one balance. A lookbook or product shot is $6.13; an editorial or beauty look is $24.50. The $349 Studio pack is 80 lookbook shots or 20 editorial looks — or any mix.
How is a one-off pack still Studio quality?
Every pack ships at the same standard: 2 personas from the cast, mood-customized art direction, 2 revision rounds. We agree a quick delivery date with you up front. The pack size changes the volume, never the craft.
Do you do real-person likeness?
No. Every model is original — no real-person likeness. See our ethics policy.
Can I make a model exclusive to my brand?
Yes. Add the exclusive model option (+$300, one-time) to any pack at checkout and that model is cast for your brand alone — never used for another. Without it, our original models can appear across brands.
How fast is delivery?
We set a quick delivery date with you when you brief, and each revision round comes back on an agreed date too.
Can I use the images in paid advertising?
Yes. Every image is cleared for commercial use including paid social, programmatic, OOH, and print.
What is your refund policy?
If we miss the delivery date we agreed with you, full refund. No questions.
