The rules
we keep.
AI-generated imagery is a young medium. The rules will move. We aim to lead them, not lag them.
- 01
Every model is original.
No model we produce is based on a real person. No likeness, no scan, no reference photo of a working model or a celebrity. Each image is built from scratch and reviewed by our art-direction team before it ships. If a brief asks us to mimic a public figure, we decline.
- 02
Every campaign carries an AI credit.
When Zavemi imagery appears in a brand's lookbook, campaign, or paid ad, the brand commits to including a visible "AI generated" or "imagery by Zavemi" credit, in keeping with the FTC's evolving guidance on synthetic-media disclosure. We provide credit-line templates and we audit at launch.
- 03
Client contracts bar deceptive contexts.
Our master agreement explicitly prohibits using Zavemi imagery to imply medical authority, political endorsement, news reporting, sworn testimony, or any context where a real human would be expected to vouch. Lookbooks, campaigns, ads — yes. Public deception — no.
